Please note that the WDW Dolphin is sold out for the nights of Oct 10, 11, 13, 14, 15.
The WDW Swan is sold out for the nights of Oct 13, 14, 15, and 16.

If you are looking to book a room for Oct 10 and/or 11, you will be put into the Swan Tower, which is a short walk across the breezeway to the conference space.

If you need to find alternate lodging, the Disney Boardwalk and Disney Yacht and Beach Club are nearby - just a short boat ride or a few minutes walk. Please note that we do not have room blocks or special rates at either of these hotels.

Special Room Rates for 18th Annual Sloan-C International Conference on Online Learning attendees:

All conference sessions will be held at The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin.  Attendees of the conference must book their hotel room through the conference website no later than Friday, September 7, 2012* in order to receive discounted rates starting at $177.00** per night plus taxes ($169 room fee + $8 resort fee per night for a total of $177 per night - the daily $8 resort fee is not charged at the time of reservation, but will be charged to the credit card at the end of the attendee's stay). The special conference rates also apply for three days prior to and three days after the conclusion of the conference. 

*After September 7, the room rate is $199 + $8 resort fee per night (plus applicable taxes).

**The conference room rate includes a mandatory resort service package fee of $8 per day. The resort service package includes: unlimited in-room high speed Internet access, up to 60 minutes of free local, toll free and credit card access calls (10 cents a minute thereafter), 20 minutes of domestic long distance calls per stay, 2 bottles of water daily, and unlimited access to the resort's health club facilities.

The Swan/Dolphin Resort will charge to your credit card a deposit of the first night's fee (plus applicable taxes) upon completion of your reservation.  Any reservations must be canceled no later than 5 business days prior to the start of your reservation for refund of that deposit. 

Discounted Walt Disney World park tickets and giftcards for conference attendees:

Sloan-C conference attendees may purchase discounted park ticketsPlease note: Discounted multi-day park tickets should be purchased in advance for the largest discount.  Multi-Day park tickets may be bought onsite at the Swan and Dolphin ticket kiosk; however, the discount is lower onsite.  The special "After 2pm" and "After 4pm" tickets are only available for advance purchase;  they are not available for purchase onsite at the Swan and Dolphin ticket kiosk. 

Purchase a Walt Disney World giftcard - The giftcard may be used for food and drink at the EPCOT International Food and Wine festival, including the evening of Thursday, October 11 during the Sloan-C EPCOT Dessert Event.  Giftcards may also be used for many other Walt Disney World purchases and for purchases at the Disney merchandise shop located at the Swan and Dolphin hotel.
