Abstract

Apple iPad application has developed in the chemical substance section study, the result shows experimental group has a higher learning effect than normal controlled group.

Extended Abstract

The network and mobile communicating technology has improved dramatically and widely used in Taiwan, especially in the younger students. How to use the wireless tools as a learning channel always is teacher's dream. However, successful factors of mobile learning are not only based on the platform of teaching, the participation of teachers, but also based on the content design and learning character of students. We are try to separate Life Chemistry General Course students into 2 groups, "Normal E-Learning" & "iPad learning", all the learning content are same but different on design model. The E-Learning has a lot of multimedia design, iPad learning rely heavily on the interface design and student interaction. The purpose of the research is to find out the relationship of student's character and learning tools. What is the best suitable learning tool for the special type of students? How is the learning satisfaction with their technology learning process? The exam score of student in F.D./F.I., learning Style, and multiple intelligences are analyzed in advance, learning outcome are also collected and analysis by SPSS software.
