For over a decade, Sloan-C has been tracking trends and best practices in online education. Central to this practice has been the Quality Framework of the Sloan-C Pillars. The pillars have served as touchstones of institutional quality in the field of online learning for many individuals and institutions. This workshop looks at models of online learning through the lens of access, faculty satisfaction, student satisfaction, learning effectiveness, and scale (cost effectiveness and commitment). Participants will review successful institutional and programmatic models and structures and determine models which can be effectively initiated to address their own or institutional needs.
