No problem – we can bring the conference to you! A selection of 35+ sessions were broadcast live, including the keynote and plenary sessions, featured sessions, select information sessions, and key vendor showcase sessions. Now these recorded sessions are available at your finger tips. individual and institutional packages are available. 

*If your group is purchasing a Group Virtual Package, the designated Group Manager must purchase this package first.  Upon completion of this package registration, the Group Manager will receive the allotted number of package participant coupon codes to assign and distribute to each participant in their group. Each participant will then register themselves as an “Individual” Virtual Attendee and enter their unique package participant coupon code.

A virtual attendee experience includes:

  • Access to over 40 live-streamed sessions including the keynote and plenary addresses, featured sessions, best-in-track sessions, select information and workshop sessions, and key vendor showcase sessions;
  • On-demand access to the recordings of these sessions for 1 year post-conference;
  • Participation despite schedule, budget, or geographical constraints;
  • Live interaction with presenters and conference attendees via in-session chat, via twitter using #blend15.

Conference registration includes a complimentary OLC Trial Membership (new members only; not applicable for renewals). Details will be emailed post-conference.

Why choose the virtual attendee option?
  • On-demand access to all recorded sessions is provided to onsite and virtual attendees post-conference for one year.  To access streamed sessions, participants need to be logged in at onlinelearningconsortium.org.
  • Participate despite schedule or budget restraints. If your schedule or budget does not allow for the trip or your institution does not support travel outside of your state, the virtual attendee option provides a full-scale online experience.
  • Virtual schedule provides excellent breadth and depth of the program offered. Selected sessions to be live broadcast include the keynote and plenary sessions, featured sessions, select information sessions, and key vendor showcase sessions. Select workshops are also available via live broadcast.
  • View live webcast or on-demand recordings. Onsite and virtual option attendees have access to on-demand recordings of the sessions for up to one year post-conference at no additional cost. No need to re-arrange your schedule to view a particular session…access the recording at your leisure!
  • Be a true participant of the conference. Special attention is paid to integrate the onsite event with the virtual event. Virtual attendees will be able to post questions in each individual session’s online chat room (monitored by onsite session chairs) as well as participate in larger conference discussions via our OLC Facebook Group. We also invite all virtual participants to Tweet their comments on sessions using our Twitter hashtag #blend15.

Refund request must be made in writing to the Online Learning Consortium by June 8, 2015 and will be issued a refund less a $75 administrative fee. After June 8 refund requests will not be honored but the respective registration fee received can be applied to future OLC conferences. For conference registration cancellations 72 hours or less to conference start date, only 50% of the remaining balance, including optional items, (less the $75 administrative fee charged for a cancellation) can be applied as credit to a future conference registration. For conference attendees who have purchased optional item tickets (awards lunch, etc.), there will be no refunds and no exchanges within 1 week of conference start date. If you are not able to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. The name of the substitute must be emailed to the Online Learning Consortium. If you do not attend the program and do not submit a written refund request, the Online Learning Consortium will retain all fees. The Online Learning Consortium is not responsible for any change / cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels or other similar vendors.
