What is the virtual attendee option?

Virtual attendance means you can attend live-streamed sessions of the conference via live webcast – PLUS get access to all streamed session recordings for a full year after the event.

Unlimited groups must provide us with a group manager who will serve as the designated support contact for Virtual access issues. Virtual attendees for unlimited packages are provided technical and customer service support through their group manager only. If your group is purchasing a Group Virtual Package, the designated Group Manager must purchase this package first.  Upon completion of this package registration, the Group Manager will receive the allotted number of package participant coupon codes to assign and distribute to each participant in their group. Each participant will then register themselves as an “Individual” Virtual Attendee and enter their unique package participant coupon code.

Refund request must be made in writing to the Online Learning Consortium by September 14, 2015 and will be issued a refund less a $75 administrative fee. After September 14 refund requests will not be honored but the respective registration fee received can be applied to future OLC conferences. For conference registration cancelations 72 hours or less to conference start date, only 50% of the remaining balance, including optional items, (less the $75 administrative fee charged for a cancelation) can be applied as credit to a future conference registation. For conference attendees who have purchased optional item tickets (awards lunch, etc.), there will be no refunds and no exchanges within 1 week of conference start date. If you are not able to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. The name of the substitute must be emailed to the Online Learning Consortium. If you do not attend the program and do not submit a written refund request, the Online Learning Consortium will retain all fees. The Online Learning Consortium is not responsible for any change / cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels or other similar vendors.
