Many faculty take on administration roles at some point of their career. Some are given broadened faculty duties to assist other faculty with educational technology. What it is like making a transition from a faculty member to an administrator? What are the biggest lessons you learned? What were the resources, mentors, and colleagues that helped guide you in your transition? What are the particular resources that you would recommend faculty members utilize?
