***This is a repeat of the Thursday 11:15am Software Secure/PSI presentation***
This session will outline the most important considerations for institutions that have made the decision to select and implement an online proctoring solution. The speakers will provide an overview of the models available today and provide a guided tour into how to successfully implement a remote proctoring at a large university.
In 2016, University of Alaska-Anchorage (UAA) began introducing online proctoring as an additional option to a face-to-face proctor or traveling to testing centers. UAA partnered with PSI/Software Secure to ensure the integrity of its assessments in it eLearning courses and to offer its students the convenience of completing their assessments anytime – anywhere while allowing instructors the freedom to design assessments as they intended.
During the ‘tour’, speakers from UAA's eLearning and PSI/SSI will cover everything you need to ‘master’ an online proctoring rollout, from implementation process to timelines, including: First Steps, Faculty & Student Orientation, Training, Marketing, Support and Tips & Tricks.
The presenters will also talk about UAA’s initial results before concluding with an open Q&A opportunity. By the end of the session, attendees should be well informed and equipped to advance their online proctoring initiative forward.
