Extended Abstract

Is your institution approved by your accreditor to offer distance education programs? How are you approaching the common request from accreditors to demonstrate your institution’s commitment to ensuring that online / distance learning is comparable to in-person learning? During this session one institution that is currently preparing for its 10-year reaffirmation of accreditation will briefly share its approach to collecting evidence of quality, followed by conversation and collective sharing of additional ideas by attendees. We’ll compile tangible suggestions into a playbook of best practices for institutions for continuous quality improvement as well as for accreditation review preparation.
