Dominique Williamson – BA Student, Columbus State University & U.S Veteran

Dominique Williamson is a retired Veteran from the United States (U.S.) Army. He retired medically as a First Sergeant in December 2012. Dominique served in Afghanistan, Beirut Lebanon, Central America, and tours in Europe. Dominique served as a flight engineer as a part of the NATO helicopter flight crew in Europe. Dominique spent his last two years as a patient in the Wounded Warrior Battalion. He was also liaison between the Warrior Transition Battalion and the Soldier in Family Assistance Center. Dominique is currently pursuing his BA in Health & Physical Education at Columbus State University which provides students with the option of taking courses on campus and online. Dominique volunteers his time assisting wounded veterans and Soldiers to cope with their disabilities and to receive disability aid and benefits.
