Following this brief introduction, the presenters will provide insight regarding several critical studies in the field and a quick review of several theoretical models as defined in the presenters’ books, as well as discussion surrounding the Blended with Pedagogical Purpose Model that illustrates that it is the pedagogy that needs to drive the technology in our instructional designs, regardless of modality.
