In 2014 Independence University tried a new approach to helping their students find and secure jobs and that was through having their students create a digital portfolio. Petar Mijic was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is the Graphic Design Career Services Advisor and Consultant at Independence University. He has been working in higher education for little over a year and doing freelance designing for over four years.
