Marian Stoltz-Loike, PhD Vice President, Online Education Dean, Lander College for Women-The Anna Ruth and Mark Hasten School As vice president of online education, Dr. Stoltz-Loike oversees Touro College’s full range of online offerings. Dr. Stoltz-Loike initiated a plan of building toward excellence in online education by building greater strategic and tactical collaboration across graduate and professional programs and creating consistency across online courses. Dr. Stoltz-Loike is the dean of Touro’s Lander College for Women/The Anna Ruth and Mark Hasten School (LCW) for a decade. LCW has enjoyed unprecedented growth in both number of students and quality of academic offerings during her tenure. She has introduced several honors programs for academically talented women, expanded STEM offerings in math and computer science and new programs in education. A professor of psychology and human resources management, she has served as a global corporate consultant with Fortune 100 companies in the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia and South America on how to build better strategies for using technology to simplify communication across borders and enable multinational businesses to work more effectively in a 24/7 world. She has written two books and over fifty articles relating to diversity, work/life issues, cross-cultural management and the maturing workforce. She has delivered presentations to over forty industry groups at domestic and international conferences on women’s career issues; building effective global business strategies; work-life balance; the impact of technology in the workplace; managing global teams; and generational diversity. Dr. Stoltz-Loike received a bachelor’s degree cum laude in Psychology and Social Relations from Harvard University, and a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology with a focus on developmental psychology from New York University.

Laura Dicht is an Instructional Designer at NYU Tandon School of Engineering. She works with faculty to storyboard and develop online courses. She has worked to create classes for the Computer Science and Civil Engineering departments. Before Laura's current role, she spent several years as a teacher in South Korea and China. She has also worked as an online ESL instructor. While in graduate school, Laura gained experience in curriculum design, pedagogy, and multimodal learning. Laura holds a Master's in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University and a Bachelor's in Journalism from Boston University.

Stephanie Jasmin is an instructional designer at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering. Stephanie is working on the team to help develop online and interactive courses. She has five years of higher education experience in the area of online course development, program development, and client support. Prior to joining the team, she worked for John Jay College of Criminal Justice as a client services manager, and developed their support for their online course support. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Pace University, and a Master’s in Public Administration from John Jay College. She is interested in exploring the intersectionality of politics and the new wave of technology.

Dawn H. Clineman, MS is the Director of Online Instruction with UC Online. Dawn has worked with the University of Cincinnati since 2008 and has served the university in a number of roles with the primary focus of online learning administration, design, and instruction. She has a variety of eLearning experience. As a member of senior leadership of UC Online, Dawn works closely with programs and faculty developing and building their online programs and classes. She has designed, developed, and facilitated faculty workshops to enhance the understanding of the design process and the pedagogical approach required for successful online teaching and learning. She also manages an instructional design team within UC Online.Prior to working for UC, she consulted with universities across the nation and launched online programs. She supported faculty and administration in their curriculum development, their development of infrastructure, and enhancement of their business model. Dawn received her BS degree in Social Science from Florida Atlantic University and her MS degree in Conflict Resolution from Nova Southeastern University. Dawn is passionate about bringing quality education to the online environment and ensuring the student experience is strong.

Carolyn Stoll holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Arts in English, both from Miami University of Ohio. For 18 years, she taught first year composition and technical writing at the University of Cincinnati. Prior to that, she taught middle school Language Arts. She has extensive experience teaching and developing learning content in all formats (online, hybrid, and face to face). She is a Quality Matters Certified Reviewer and workshop facilitator, and her research and pedagogical interests involve eLearning and teaching online, topics on which she has written articles and presented at both national and regional conferences. In 2010, Carolyn joined University of Cincinnati Information Technologies managing UCIT’s Instructional Design and Content unit. In 2012, she was hired by the College of Allied Health Sciences, where she is now a Senior Instructional Designer in the Center for Educational Technology and Instructional Support.
