Rick Lumadue, Ph.D., Senior Program Manager of SkillsCommons.org, California State University Office of the Chancellor. SkillsCommons.org is a project of the U.S. Department of Labor's Technical Assistance Adjustments for Community Colleges and Career Training (TAACCCT) and is the world's largest repository of Open Educational Resources for workforce training. Rick is responsible for managing and supporting the 256 TAACCCT Grant Projects, representing 700 Institutions nationally, in their implementation of the U.S. Department of Labor policies, strategies, and requirements for contributing their Open Educational Resources into the Skills Commons repository and achieving the grant requirements of the TAACCCT program.
