The 2018 conference attracted an on-site attendance of 1,200 and a virtual attendance of 500 from over 550+ institutions, 49 states plus Washington DC, and 18 countries.  The attendee breakdown was 7% Administrator, 25% Program Director/Manager, 18% Faculty/Instructor, 19% Instructional Designer/Instructional Technologist, 23% Corporate Vendor, and 8% Other.

We welcome organizations who offer hardware, software, Internet activities, distance and blended learning, educational technology and other products and services of interest to higher education, administrators, instructional designers, and trainers, as well as professional development professionals in healthcare, government and workforce training.

*Hours are subject to change. OLC will not allow early tear downs. Please be respectful of attendees in the hall and your neighboring exhibitors/sponsors and do not tape boxes and tear down displays before 3:30pm Thursday.

• National and Gold sponsors are guaranteed a presentation slot in the Industry Showcase.  Additional Industry Showcase Presentations are available on a space available basis for Silver sponsors and Exhibitors by sponsorship level and then in the order contracts are received.
