Brief Abstract

Being able to identify student learning opportunities with time-stamped feedback and coaching can help improve student change and adoption much faster than traditional feedback methods. Using this technology allows you to accomplish this in an online format through live or asynchronous video observation. GoReact is being used in in over 500 colleges and universities in multiple disciplines including Communications, Teacher Education, Nursing/Healthcare, World Language, Performing Arts, Business Administration, Psychology/Counseling, etc.

Presenters

Sam Farley, MSOD, NIC - Sam is an Account Executive with GoReact, a cloud based Video Coaching and Feedback tool. Sam is a nationally certified American Sign Language Interpreter and has taught ASL and Interpreting Training as an Adjunct Professor at Sacramento State University, Mt. San Jacinto College, and Santiago Community College where he used GoReact in his courses before joining the company. Besides the National Interpreting Certification from RID, Sam also holds his graduate degree in Organizational Development and his undergrad in Organizational Behavior both from the University of San Francisco.
