Tucson International Airport

Visitors can fly into Tucson International International Airport (TUS) located in Tucson, AZ (approximately 8 miles south of The University of Arizona).

Ground Transportation

  • Most visitors to the UA rent a car or use Uber, Lyft, or taxi.
  • Arizona Stagecoach shuttle works, too, but they charge per person, so they skew more expensive if you have more than one person in your party.

  • “A” Mountain, officially called Sentinel Peak is a good small-ish hiking hill not far from campus. You can also drive to the top for some decent views.
