Publications and Resources
Your go-to source for original, evidence-based research on digital learning trends, innovations, and effective practices.
Research studies, white papers, journal articles and other resources including webinars, podcasts and publications are categorized into six different categories: teaching & learning, instructional/learning design, leadership, digital learning, annual reports, and Quality.
All of the resources in the center are either original research that has been conducted through commissioned, sponsored, or institutional collaborations; curated research that is made possible through collaborations with a variety of institutions and organizations; curated articles from OLC’s peer-reviewed journal, Online Learning, or resources that supplement research in these six areas.
The Online Learning Journal
OLC’s premier journal is dedicated to the development and dissemination of new knowledge at the intersection of pedagogy, emerging technology, policy, and practice in online environments.
OLC Press
The OLC Press is the official publishing imprint for the Online Learning Consortium, offering titles on leading-edge topics in online, blended, and digital learning, with works available in printed and digital formats.
OLC Book Series
The OLC Series of books on online education are based on collaborative OLC workshops of invited educators. These peer-reviewed case studies present a wealth of inside information about the strategies successful programs are using to improve learning effectiveness, cost effectiveness, access, and student and faculty satisfaction.
