The 2018 conference attracted an on-site attendance of 1,650 and a virtual attendance of 1,000 from over 550+ institutions, 50 states plus Washington DC, and 18 countries. The attendee breakdown was 16% Administrator, 13% Program Director/Manager, 18% Faculty/Instructor, 21% Instructional Designer/Instructional Technologist, 18% Corporate Vendor, and 8% Other.

Exhibits will be located in a prime traffic area central to all session rooms, with a Welcome reception, Café seating, coffee and snack breaks, and Technology Test Kitchen, all strategically located in the exhibit area to enhance traffic to your booth.
National and Gold sponsors are guaranteed a presentation slot in the Industry Showcase. Additional Industry Showcase Presentations are available on a space available basis for Silver sponsors and Exhibitors by sponsorship level and then in the order contracts are received.
