About the Report

This study provides the first large-scale, student-centered validation evidence for the OLC Course Review Scorecard released in 2025, examining how well the framework aligns with student experiences, expectations, and priorities in online learning. Using mixed methods, the study assesses whether the Scorecard captures what learners actually experience, what they value most, and where gaps remain between institutional practices and student expectations.
