IELOL (2025 Cohort) Informational Webinar
This webinar, co-hosted by Josh Herron and Katie Schuster of OLC and Matt Vick and Jason Beier of University of Wisconsin, will highlight OLC’s premier leadership development program designed for new and experienced professionals in the field of digital and online learning. The session will provide an overview of the program and its faculty, the program’s four phases, time commitment, program objectives, and participant experience. Participants will learn about the application process and timeline to prepare a successful application submission. Questions and comments are welcomed.

Josh Herron, Ph.D.
Director of Professional Learning – Online Learning Consortium
As Director of Professional Learning, Josh guides the strategy and operations of OLC’s Center for Professional Learning. He has over fourteen years of higher education leadership and instructional experience. He has also published and presented widely on higher education practices, pedagogical research, and interdisciplinary scholarship. Josh holds a Ph.D. in Rhetorics, Communication, and Information Design from Clemson University and an M.A. in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He is a 2016 graduate of IELOL.
