The Learning Experience (LX) Quality Standards provide a practical framework for evaluating the quality and effectiveness of professional learning experiences across corporate, nonprofit, association, and other organizational settings. These standards are designed to support high-quality training that is purposeful, learner-centered, engaging, and aligned with real-world performance needs.
The standards are organized into two complementary areas: Learning Design and Facilitated Delivery. Together, they address both training design and delivery, with attention to alignment, accessibility, engagement, assessment, facilitation, technology, and learner support. The result is a well-rounded set of standards that can guide review, improvement, and consistency across a wide range of learning experiences.
