Elizabeth Harsma, Program Director for Technology Integrated Learning, Minnesota State
Elizabeth Harsma (she/her) is the Program Director for Technology Integrated Learning at Minnesota State. With a Ph.D. in Education and E-Learning and a deep interest in how humans learn and work with technology, she’s passionate about applying humanized and responsive learning science to just about everything.
Charley Cameron, Dean of Educational Technology, Bossier Parish Community College
With 30 years of experience in educational technology, Charley began his career at LSU Shreveport as a Distance Learning Specialist, focusing on compressed video systems and satellite downlinking. He later served as Media Coordinator at Northwestern State University’s College of Nursing, supporting faculty integration of instructional technology. At Bossier Parish Community College, he has worked as an LMS Training Coordinator and has served as Dean of Educational Technology for the past decade.
Francesco Crocco, Assistant Director for Instructional Support, University of Louisiana at Lafayette
Dr. Francesco Crocco serves as Assistant Director for Instructional Support in the Office of Distance Learning at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, leading faculty development, course design, and instructional technology. With more than 25 years in higher education, he brings expertise in pedagogy, game-based learning, online and hybrid learning, educational technology, and AI literacy. Before UL Lafayette, he directed the Excelsior Online Writing Lab and served as an Associate Professor of English at Borough of Manhattan Community College (CUNY). He holds a Ph.D. in English from the CUNY Graduate Center.
