What is a Virtual Conference? 

All sessions were live-streamed (this was available June 15-26, 2020) and recorded using the Zoom platform, including the keynote sessions, featured sessions, education sessions, industry showcase sessions. On-demand access of all recorded sessions is provided to attendees for one-year post-conference.  

  • Participate despite schedule restraints. On-demand access to all recorded sessions is provided to attendees post-conference for one year. To access streamed sessions, participants need to be logged in to their OLC user accounts at onlinelearningconsortium.org.
  • The virtual program provides a full-scale online conference experience. All sessions were live-streamed (this was available June 15-26, 2020), including keynote sessions, featured sessions, educations sessions, and industry showcase sessions.
  • During the Live event (June 15-26, 2020) Interact with presenters and fellow conference attendees. Post questions in each individual session’s Zoom chat window (monitored by session chairs) as well as participate in larger conference discussions via our OLC Innovate Slack Channel. We also invite all participants to Tweet their comments on sessions using our Twitter hashtag #OLCInnovate.

*If you are purchasing a Group Virtual Conference Package, the designated Group Manager must purchase this package first.  Upon completion of this package registration, the group manager will receive an email with additional instructions to register individual participants from their institution. Each participant will need to register themselves as an “Individual” Virtual Attendee by selecting the “Virtual Unlimited Pass” associated with your institutional unlimited group purchase. 

REGISTRATION POLICY

All sales for on-demand recordings are final. Recordings will be available for review for one full year after the Live event (this event took place through June 26, 2020).
