Institution Engagement 

  • Email faculty and staff at your institution to announce your participation in this event
  • Include news of the upcoming event in faculty and campus newsletters
  • Share the news during meetings

Regional Targeting 

Reach out and promote to all affiliated campuses and regional universities where you may have contacts or access to school newsletters, email contacts, or other resources.

External Communications 

  • Share all emails that OLC sends featuring the event’s details

Material changes to any of the promotional communications provided above for OLC Collaborate should be routed through OLC’s communications team for approval. Email materials to Allow five business days for OLC to review your requests.
