To gain access to your OLC recordings of the 21st Annual Online Learning Consortium International Conference, you will need to register as an Individual Virtual Attendee. 

Your group manager has received a coupon code for your group. Please be sure to have this coupon code to enter on the checkout page during your individual virtual attendee registration (the coupon code will zero out the balance due). Once you have received your group’s coupon code – register by following these steps:

Please check to be sure you are logged in using your OLC user account. If you don’t have one, please sign up for one now. A community membership is free! If you are a member of an OLC member institution, please be sure to affiliate with that school.

**Note – user access to the sessions is granted only to the owner of the OLC account where the registration was purchased. Please do not purchase a virtual registration in your own cart if this is for someone else to access – it must be purchased in the participant’s user account!

Once you are logged in, follow these prompts:

– REGISTER – Virtual
– PURCHASE
– Select the Virtual Option (example – Individual) ADD TO CART
– Checkout
– Enter your Discount code in the box provided(if registering as part of a pre-paid group)
– Apply to Order
– Indicate Payment Method (*note – you will not be granted access to the streamed sessions until payment is received)
– Complete required fields
– REVIEW ORDER
– SUBMIT ORDER
