Let’s work together to let your friends, colleagues and other colleges and universities know about OLC and what we can offer them. We’ve put together some tips and guidelines as well as sample social posts to help you share the great news with your communities. Please follow the Promotion Guidelines detailed below.
Email promotions to faculty and staff at your institution
Include in faculty and campus newsletters
Share the event during meetings
Update employee email signature files (see sample below)
Post the event to your website
Social Engagement
Post to social networks
Ask your community to share to their networks
Search the appropriate hashtags to view and retweet posts
Publish a post on your institution’s blog
Tag your posts with @OLCToday
External Communications
Alert bloggers and media that follow your organization
Update your Wikipedia page
Update your job listings

Promotional Guidelines
Please adhere to the following guidelines when promoting OLC products, services and events:
Material changes to any of the promotional communications provided by the Online Learning Consortium should be routed through OLC’s marketing team for approval. Email materials to marketing@onlinelearning-c.org.
Media requests regarding OLC should be referred to marketing@onlinelearning-c.org.
