April 10-13 (Onsite + Virtual Access) Provides access to the OLC Innovate onsite program in Denver, CO plus OLC Innovate virtual conference. All Access Pass registration provides full access to all sessions and events, onsite and virtually. This includes the K12 Symposium and all summits. Pre-conference Master Classes are an additional fee. Estimated total of 350+ sessions (total onsite plus virtual), with access to live streamed sessions and on-demand recordings for one (1) year post-conference. The K12 Symposium is included with your All Access Pass purchase (from April 10-13) but is also available for individual purchase (April 12-13 only) for $425. To purchase a K12 Symposium Pass only (no access to full conference), click through to the registration page and select the “K12 Symposium – ONLY” pass. K12 school or district employees – All Access Pass (includes K12 symposium) discounts are available with verified employment. These passes apply to only a single campus and are intended for faculty and staff assigned to that campus. Note: Faculty and Staff should register using their work email with the institution’s domain in order to ensure member pricing is received.

As a small non-profit organization, we strive to create registration policies that offer flexibility to accommodate the unforeseen circumstances that participants may face, while also sustaining our support and services across our community.
As such, we have established the following policies for OLC Conferences/Events.
If you do not attend the program and do not submit a written request for refund, credit memo, or substitution request by March 11, 2024 (or March 27 for substitutions), the Online Learning Consortium will retain all fees. The Online Learning Consortium is not responsible for any change/cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels or other similar vendors.
OLC strives to deliver our events as scheduled. However, we reserve the right to reschedule, restructure or cancel a program due to unforeseen extenuating circumstances or low registration. Should the scheduled onsite program be canceled, all registrants will be automatically converted to Full Virtual Pass registrations, with the difference between All Access Pass and Full Virtual Pass fee refunded back to the original form of payment.

Below are some specific ways in which your data is shared to enhance your experience during the conference: 1) Virtual Participant List – for those who have not opted out, your name, title, and organization will be included on the virtual platform for networking purposes. 2) Exhibit Booths – by interacting with an exhibit booth on the virtual platform, your name, organization, title, country, and email address will be shared with the exhibiting company.

In order to protect our valued exhibitors and sponsors and the significant investment they have made to participate as a partner at the conference, our rules strictly prohibit solicitation by attendees who do NOT have exhibit booths. Any non-exhibitors who are observed soliciting business at the conference, a practice known as “suitcasing” or “outboarding”, will be asked to leave immediately. Individuals and companies found to be suitcasing or outboarding may also be excluded from future conferences.
