Katie Fife Schuster serves as the Director of Programming for the Online Learning Consortium, where she is a key architect in thought leadership and strategic planning for the organization. Dedicated to innovating and directing a diverse array of programming initiatives, she designs and implements both virtual and onsite programs, including OLC’s specialized symposiums and leadership institutes, showcasing her adaptability in today’s evolving digital learning landscape.
Katie has been an integral part of OLC since 2001 and has made significant contributions to the success of the organization in various roles. With a background in the publishing industry, she brings a pragmatic and results-oriented approach to her work. Katie holds a BA from Tufts University in anthropology and Spanish, is a certified yoga teacher, and is a proud graduate of OLC’s IELOL program.
