I’m super excited to give you a sneak peek into what makes the OLC Innovate conference such a blast! It’s like a playground for anyone who’s into online or digital learning, and I personally love the energy and ideas that buzz around every time we host this event.

Let’s talk about the workshops and sessions first. They’re not your average lectures  – they’re interactive, engaging, and full of hands-on experiences with the latest online teaching methods and tech. I always leave with new ideas and a renewed enthusiasm for what we do. The keynote speakers are like the cherry on top, offering invaluable insights that often lead to those “aha!” moments.

But the real heart and soul of the conference? It’s the people. I adore the vibrant mix of educators, leaders, and innovators that gather here.  I’ve met some of my best collaborators (and friends!) in these corridors. The informal chit-chats over coffee, the impromptu brainstorming sessions – that’s where the magic happens.

And let’s not forget the exhibit hall – it’s like a playground for tech enthusiasts! I’m like a kid in a candy store, exploring the latest educational technology tools and solutions. It’s amazing to see how these innovations can transform our approach to online and digital learning.

OLC Innovate is where I come to get inspired, to connect, and to remember why I love this field so much. Looking forward to seeing many familiar and new faces at the 2024 OLC Innovate conference, April 10-13, in Denver, CO!
