For detailed information about the conference, please visit the 2015 program page. The pages under the Program tab will be updated regularly as more information becomes available. If you have any questions that are not addressed on the Web site, please send an e-mail to conference@onlinelearning-c.org or call (781) 583-7552.

To register online, please click on the Register tab to make your purchase and enter your information. You will need to be logged in to your OLC account in order to register.  If you do not have an OLC account, you will be prompted to create one during the registration process. To register by phone, please call (781) 583-7552 during regular business hours M-F 9am-5pm (ET).

Log in to your OLC user account.  You will be able to purchase multiple attendee registrations and will be asked for each attendee’s email address and contact information.

The registration fee does not include accommodations (lunch is provided). All conference sessions will be held at Rush University Armour Academic Center, 600 Paulina Street, Chicago, IL 60612. Rooms are available for OLC Collaborate attendees at Chicago Marriott at Medical District/UIC.

The OLC Collaborate Event is a regional, daylong event focused on emerging trends and challenges in online learning. We invite you to participate in the regional OLC Collaborate discussion on the “Changing University” and share in an open dialogue with other colleagues from around the region. It is designed for OLC members and non-members; practitioners (instructional designers, faculty), directors of online teaching and learning, and administrators (deans, provosts).

Tables will be available for our sponsors – we will not have traditional exhibit space. Questions on exhibit and sponsorship opportunities may be addressed to Brenda Pesta, Associate Director of Sponsorship Sales at brenda.pesta@onlinelearning-c.org.

In an effort to be as “green” as possible, we do not hand out participant packages. Registered participants will receive a printed Schedule-at-a-Glance upon checkin. We also strongly encourage presenters to post presentation and any support materials to the conference proceedings repository.

Online Learning Consortium is going green. There will not be a printed program book. OLC will provide a printed Schedule-at-a-Glance with basic program information upon check-in at the registration desk on-site.

We do not provide “Letters of Invitation” for international attendees to attend our events. Conference participants from other countries must obtain a tourist or student visa on their own merit and not be dependent upon Letters of Invitation from OLC to acknowledge or sponsor their attendance. It is up to the applicant, and the applicant alone, to demonstrate his or her desire and compelling plans to return to their home country after a brief visit in order to qualify for a visa.
