Please note, there is no virtual program associated with the 2025 Accelerate conference. All sessions will be held onsite in Orlando, FL.
Immersion Sessions (pre-conference workshops) , and our K12 and Leadership Network Symposiums can be added for an additional fee. OLC Membership is required for member rate (must use .edu address or email proof) to register. Free community memberships do not qualify for conference discounts.
As a small non-profit organization, we strive to create registration policies that offer flexibility to accommodate the unforeseen circumstances that participants may face, while also sustaining our support and services across our community.
As such, we have established the following policies for OLC Conferences/Events.

If you do not attend the program and do not submit a written request for refund, credit memo, or substitution request by October 17, 2025, the Online Learning Consortium will retain all fees. The Online Learning Consortium is not responsible for any change/cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels or other similar vendors.
OLC strives to deliver our events as scheduled. However, we reserve the right to reschedule, restructure or cancel a program due to unforeseen extenuating circumstances or low registration. Should the scheduled onsite program be canceled, all registrants will be automatically converted to Full Virtual registrations.

Presenters are provided with Super Early Bird rate for the conference. The presenter discount code will be emailed to all presenters who are accepted into the program. Presenters must register by 9/22/25 in order for the discount to apply. Any presenters registering after 9/22/25 will be charged normal member/non-member rates.
Press Passes are available for a very limited number of press by invitation only. For more information or questions contact us at marketing@onlinelearning-c.org. See Press Pass Policy.
By registering for an OLC event, you agree to comply with all rules and conditions of OLC event participation. These policies are strictly enforced and apply without exception to all attendees, including exhibitors and media. Violation of the policies will result in being removed from the event with no refund and no ability to return on subsequent days.
Upon registering for an event, you agree to represent yourself at the event using the affiliation used to register. Changes in affiliations in your account for the event after registration are not permitted.
As a community, we do not tolerate discrimination, abuse, or harassment of any kind by anyone at our physical and virtual events. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to, harassment or intimidation based on race, religion, language, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, appearance, or other group status; sexual harassment, including unwelcome sexual attention, stalking (physical or virtual), or unsolicited contact; and disorderly or disruptive actions in any physical or virtual conference space, including meeting rooms, live or online sessions, video conference channels, chat and discussion spaces, live or online exhibit hall, or in any other conference spaces, that might adversely affect another participant’s experience. We expect all participants to be respectful of other people and their viewpoints, even though they might be different, and to assist with creating and maintaining an inclusive and respectful environment at all times. If you feel threatened, or harassed, or at risk of physical harm, or witness any questionable behavior:
OLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to expel anyone, without refund, from all current and future events, whose conduct is not in keeping with these expectations.
All persons in conference area must be registered attendees displaying event badge. Guests of registered attendees must display their guest badge and present their meal ticket to enter the meal / event. No access will be granted to meals, sessions, events, etc. without the proper credentials. OLC reserves the right to deny access to meals /events to anyone not displaying an appropriate badge. To ensure an environment appropriate for professional learning, for safety and liability reasons, and to reserve session space for paid attendees, children are not allowed at OLC events. During all active operating hours of the OLC event, no one under 18 years of age will be permitted to attend sessions, visit the exhibit hall (including move-in and move-out times) or enter the conference venue unless:
Strollers or infant carriers (worn or carried) are not permitted at any time in the exhibit hall or in event sessions. OLC reserves the right to request proof of age from anyone at any time and to revoke a badge or deny attendance of any registered participants who are under 18.
In order to protect our valued exhibitors and sponsors and the significant investment they have made to participate as a partner at the conference, our rules strictly prohibit solicitation by attendees who do NOT have exhibit booths. Any non-exhibitors who are observed soliciting business at the conference, a practice known as “suitcasing” or “outboarding”, will be asked to leave immediately. Individuals and companies found to be suitcasing or outboarding may also be excluded from future conferences. purposes. Please contact customerservice@onlinelearning-c.org with questions.
Common courtesy dictates that attendees must obtain any presenter’s permission to post, record, or stream their session or activity in any medium or social media channel (including, but not limited to, Instagram, Twitter, SnapChat, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube). Sharing out links, resources, login credentials, or other information intended for registered participants to an event to non-registrants is not acceptable. OLC reserves the right to ask any participant to move within or to leave a session venue if their use of technology is disruptive to presenters or other participants or shared with non-registrants.
Please Note: By attending the conference, you are agreeing to allow images, audio, chat excerpts, and video of you recorded on site or during a virtual session taken by OLC personnel to be used for educational and promotional purposes. Event attendees agree to abide by local and state health and safety regulations as well as guidelines from the Centers for Disease and Control and Prevention. Registration refund and cancellation policies apply; substitutions will be allowed for medical emergencies or illness.
Event attendees voluntarily assume all risk and danger of personal injury and all hazards arising from, or related in any way to, the meeting, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event.

OLC Member Discounts will be automatically applied during checkout. You must be logged into your OLC user account for your discount to apply.

Student registration price is available upon providing proof of full-time enrollment.
To receive the discounted rate, students will be expected to fulfill a volunteer commitment (4 hours for student presenters; 6 hours for non-presenting students) over the conference week. Please complete this application prior to registration, which includes an opportunity to provide proof of enrollment. A registration discount code and a volunteer agreement will be issued upon approval.
After completing the first registration for the conference and the Leadership Network Symposium add-on ticket, up to 9 additional registrations from the same institution are eligible for a $100 discount each. Please reach out to accounting@onlinelearning-c.org to process the remaining Leadership Network Symposium registrations at the discounted rate.
K12 school or district employees are eligible for full conference registration discounts with their K12 account affiliation. Please log into your account to see the K12 discount.
OLC Innovate, a joint conference presented by OLC and MERLOT, provides a path for innovators of all experience levels and backgrounds to share best practices, test new ideas, and collaborate on driving forward online, digital, and blended learning.
