• Hotel reservations:  Don’t wait to book your stay! Get ready for an unforgettable event this November at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando. In addition to receiving a special OLC conference rate at the Swan/Dolphin by booking through our conference website, our attendees staying at the Swan/Dolphin (a Disney affiliated hotel) receive special Disney benefits.  These include special ability to purchase Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party (Magic Kingdom) and Jollywood Nights (Hollywood Studios) tickets in advance, as well as extended evening theme park hours.
• Disney tickets: Spending extra time in Orlando and bringing family? Get discounted Disney tickets for your conference stay.  As an attendee of OLC Accelerate 2024, special Disney theme park ticket prices are available for conference attendees. Special After 1pm or After 5pm Twilight tickets are available for conference attendees and their families. Choose from 4 amazing theme parks including Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. • EPCOT Food and Wine Festival (Daily through November 21). Embark on an international culinary exploration through EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival.  EPCOT is easy walking distance from the Swan/Dolphin Resort.
• Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom (select nights in November and December).  MVMCP tickets are now available for purchase for Accelerate attendees with a hotel reservation at the Swan/Dolphin. Purchase early, as tickets sell out early. 
• Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios (selects nights in November and December). Jollywood Nights tickets are now available for purchase for attendees with a hotel reservation at the Swan/Dolphin. Purchase early, as tickets sell out early.
•  You must link your Swan/Dolphin hotel reservation in your My Disney Experience account in order to gain access to early purchase tickets for MVMCP and Jollywood Nights tickets. The general public gains purchase access on 7/10. 

Special note to prospective presenters: If you have submitted a proposal, a reminder to be sure to mark your calendar for three important deadlines:

• August 1: Notification of acceptance. Presenters will be provided details with their notifications of an extended Super Early Bird deadline for presenters only
• August 19: Deadline for presenters to accept
• August 26: Full program published
