I learned of OLC 5 years ago when I enrolled in the Online Teaching Certificate. This organization has completely transformed my professional career! I have been an instructional designer for the last two years and have found a career I am passionate about. I have now completed the Instructional Design Certificate and the Lamar Advanced Graduate Certificate for Online Education as well as attended OLC Accelerate and OLC Innovate. The OLC community is an amazing family that has always made me feel included!
